This mod seems to disable Laboratories and Forebear ruins, unfortunately.

@Virkful game.xls has slipway.range listed at 2.82 which i bumped up to 99999999999999. Don't know what its multiplied by to get the final range in game.

Yeah, slipway range is a key constant during map generation, and it does affect asteroids.
There is a way to do the same thing after map generation, but it would require a bit of Python (basically adding a big modifier to slipway.range once map generation ends and gameplay starts).

Ok I looked at some of the core-files and a good bit of generation seems tied to slipways range, I'm sure something goes weird in one of the calculations that tells generation to swap that asteroid for another planet.
