the thing about a small grid version is that you would need 75 small grid gyros to have the same amount of torque as a large grid gyro

For survival-ready I agree with you. Although personally I would love a 1:1 small-grid Rocinante for roleplays or just to have. I understand that would be an incredible amount of work however, and not practical in a lot of situations. I might build one myself or try to find one somewhere else on the workshop, we'll see. Still, great build! I always love to meet another Expanse fan.

Star_Kindler, thanks. I am aware small blocks exist. Regarding block count I will have to disagree with you though. It would take several thousand small blocks to build this ship and it would add up to few tens of thousands PCUs, based on similar sized ships I have seen in workshop. That is too much and not viable for survival, not for multiplayer at least.

I LOVE The 1:1 scale, but as constructive feedback I think a small-grid version would be better for this ship as it is definitely small enough to do one without the block count going up too high, and it would allow for much better detail.

Flepricon scale is quite accurate for ship length, which is 46meters in canon. Regarding interior there is a bit of Tardis situation going on in the show. Can't recreate that with SE physics.
