Hey paradoxbound! So I’m actually making the reverse: a non-collision residential plopper…thing. My thought being you can then slide that into the building itself.

Nice the only thing missing from Maplins is the disco lights and over priced out of date graphics cards in the window.
The only suggestion I would make is to make the building modular so the commercial part can be slid in with a no collision section. Leaving the housing actually usable.

Wow these are impressive.
This game, in terms of asset support, is getting a good as Cities Skylines.

I do like these. Malins having its shutters half closed is somewhat representative of the High Street in the UK..!
