描述
What’s this?:
A low rise mixed use commercial and social housing block, this building is based on the central shopping units you can find in countless Council Estates throughout the United Kingdom. The ground floor features shopping units, some now closed permanently, with duplex flats on top.

Stats:
Base Building
6,149 Tris (has Diffuse, Illumination, Specular, Alpha and Normal map)
LOD:
428 Tris (has Diffuse, Illumination, Specular, Alpha and Normal map)

Item in game is a landmark, but can of course be changed to whatever you want using mods such as RICO.
You can find it in game via FindIt! mod by searching for "Council Estate Shop”.

@bj1981: That One Raccoon is talking about the Game Workers & Resources: Soviet Republic, another (really really really good) game which I also have a few buildings out for on the workshop!

A few of us are piling together buildings from the UK to create an alternate history British Soviet Republic. It's a lot of fun!

There are a few like that in my town, like in whitby road. There are not enough "council" assets in my opinion .

and those flats look exactly like the ones on my road! are they one of your assets aswell?
cos ive not got anything like those in game, none of my housing looks like that
