What’s this?:
A low rise mixed use commercial and social housing block, this building is based on the central shopping units you can find in countless Council Estates throughout the United Kingdom. The ground floor features shopping units, with duplex flats on top.

Like what I've done?
If you are a fan of this building, it would really mean a lot if you liked it on the workshop! If you have any other pieces of Socialist Modernism/Brutalist Architecture/Social Housing/whatever you'd want to see created, just comment below, I am always on the look out for more inspiration!

Hey paradoxbound! So I’m actually making the reverse: a non-collision residential plopper…thing. My thought being you can then slide that into the building itself.

Nice the only thing missing from Maplins is the disco lights and over priced out of date graphics cards in the window.
The only suggestion I would make is to make the building modular so the commercial part can be slid in with a no collision section. Leaving the housing actually usable.

Wow these are impressive.
This game, in terms of asset support, is getting a good as Cities Skylines.

I do like these. Malins having its shutters half closed is somewhat representative of the High Street in the UK..!
