@UnicornandDinosaur That's unfortunately not how animations in source games work. If you want to use a custom model with this mods animations you have to bake this animation into a model yourself. You'd be better off finding a mod creator that already does this kinda thing.

Still my all time favorite custom melee animation on here. Always pick the machete over any melee because of this mod.

This is great, it fixes the hand glitch for high FOV's also. Do you think you could do one for the axe possibly? It's the only other item that glitches with high FOV.

Here's my honest opinion: The machete is held so far to the right that you only see part of the model, plus it's held at an awkward position. The draw animation is just plain odd, the survivor's wrist looks like it's broken. The walking animation is odd too, the left hand is just swinging around for no reason and the blade bobs around awkwardly, the swing animations are alright at least though.

To be honest, this makes the machete look like shit. The moving animations look awkward, the attacking animations make the survivors look like they fight like girls, and the only thing that's good about this is the melee-shove animation. 4/10.
