I don't know if the mod was updated or not, I fixed the above error in my local files, everything works.
It seems I can't sell nanite injections.
Tried Merchant and Medicine Merchant.
Injections aren't on the list.
This is intentional or not?

Just wanted to clarify.
I'll try to understand in the process of the game in which cases the problem manifests itself. Maybe under the influence of a clown's aura or something.
I have no idea what it was, the first time I see this.
The third dose continued to increase level (32, 33, 34...).
Now it seems to me - If you inject strictly one by one - everything works correctly. If you inject different nanites in parallel, sometimes problems arise, after the injection nanite stat gets 1% and stops there (30% to 31%, from 40 to 41%, etc.), and you need to inject a new dose so that the percentages begin to increase further.
But this is not a critical issue.
2. Yes, I've corrected it in my local file. I just decided that I need to notify the author of the mod that the problem exists.
2. You are right on the problem with Kaltsit, I suppose. I wasn't playing barotrauma for a while now, so I am not surprised things changed and character afflictions no longer get treated by nanite in the torso, which I missed.
I don't really have much time for modding currently, due to electricity problems in the region, so that will have to wait, unfortunately.
If a nanite has only two levels, but when injected, replenishes the scale by 20% at a time (40% in total), will the remaining 60% give something? And won't the nanite work at all if I use three more doses?
