I can totally understand that, but making an entire race (that wouldn't be just a blank template), including new NPCs, villages, etc is a fairly massive undertaking.
I can only do so much in the free time I have.. :(

Well I mean the point of it would be to allow people to have glowy kitty novakids while also keeping the original race intact to have a different reskin. (for example, novaskin or novawings) Not trying to be rude at all, I hope this is helpful <3

If you mean just making an empty template-based species with no additional content besides the sprites, then sure, pretty much anyone can..
What's the point though, you may as well just use this reskin :)

I'm glad you solved it, but keep in mind that a load order issue like this may still come back, for example if you re-sub to the mod which caused it in the first place.
If you do end up figuring out which mod it was, please let me know here :3

Actually I just had to uninstall and reinstall this mod for it to go away, probably should've tried that first in retrospect

All the brands in this mod are fully transparent textures, which means that if you're seeing brands on their faces, they must be coming from a mod which loads after this one.
I can easily fix it by updating the metadata to make sure that doesn't happen, but I need to know which mod does it, to add it to the includes list.

What's extra weird is that it's only my most recent

It most likely means that there's another mod installed, that's overriding the face or emote texture. Go over your list of mods and remove anything that could be doing that, one-by-one, till you find what does it.

I could use a little help with a glitch I'm experiencing, I don't have the Brand version but it shows the brand over the actual face, making it look ugly imo

I could try removing the mod that removes cutebound eyes since I no longer need it

I have Nekify Novakid Brands its just not working, also rip so all my nekify characters have to be female huh

Yes, it only affects females, I've said as much in Nekify's description.
I've added many popular, but abandoned mods to the load order to make sure Nekify (or its' parts) always load after them, as those mods seem to have been breaking people's faces, so to speak.

Use the "Nekify Novakid Brands" patch I've made if you wish to add the brands back, the link is in the description :3

Um, so are males supposed to not have a Neki version? Only my females are Neki and both have the eyes even though I have the vanilla face patch, Idk why its doing it and my only other mod that changes Novakids is cutebound (which also has vanilla faces from another mod)
