I have remastered the mod for 1.6 and used the continuation of ilyvion for the remaster, more performance and such.

My testing have shown that Cyber Fauna 1.4 is incompatible with this mod. For human bionics, the body part efficiency does not apply (as if they are all unmodded, normal quality ones), but the health does. I haven't tried animal bionics added by that mod yet. This is the same as what was observed by Milenier in the discussion. I wonder if anyone is having the same experience?

It was submitted, but someone claimed to have fixed it themselves, so mlie archived it. The problem is that whoever said that updated it, removed it, and the link on trello gives an error. If you search in mlies discords board updates 'quality bionics' you will see it there, with a link to the mods trello entry. I don't know why whoever claimed to have updated it removed it, or if it was done maliciously, or to work more on it before publishing it

Hi Rebel_Rabbit, I checked Mlie's Trello board on a whim, and Quality Bionics is not there. Have you actually submitted a request to Mlie? If not, I can do this for you if you like.

Not the sort of news I was hoping to hear, but I'm glad the mod isn't completely abandoned at least. It's the last of my essentials that needs an update before I can jump into Anomaly, so fingers crossed that it won't take too long :-).

a little update for those who want the mod for 1.5, i have spoken to mlie and while he is super busy right now with getting all his other mods updated to 1.5, he asked me to just submit my mod so he can take a look at it, so hopefully in the near future he will be able to get it up and going

hey all, so unfortunately i cannot update this mod to 1.5, i tried earlier today to do it myself but it turns out there are quite a few issues with the mod that requires a bunch of debugging and troubleshooting as well as compatibility fixes that are needed.

sadly i cannot afford a C# coder, and my C# skills are no where up to snuff in order to do it, so hopefully someone may adopt the mod and update it themselves or create a fork of it on github, but unfortunately, as it stands, there will be no 1.5 update.

Someone wanted to make compatibile my mod to this one.
I tried to do this on my own and failed so...

I was wondering
if you could add compatibility to my mods with bionics by changing a few stuff:

in file HarmonyPatches
change
private static HashSet<string> customHediffDefs = new HashSet<string>
{
"synthetic",
"cybernetic",
};

into
private static HashSet<string> customHediffDefs = new HashSet<string>
{
"synthetic",
"cybernetic",
"koku",
};


If I am correct this should work fine with everything

also if you are reading this update your contact info (it is outdated)



Other things that I have seen from comments are that other mods are not compatibile
adding the names of parts to this hashset should work fine

for example adding "claw" should add compatiblity to the EPOE's PowerClaw

i'm having Medieval overhaul timber gaining quality when setting the tech level in the settings to neolithic so anima bionics can have quality, is there anything i can do about this?

I'm using this mod along Archotech+, A dog Said and several other Prosthetic mods among them EPOE. Strangely, it works perfectly on most bionics, except for Archotech Eyes, which I can only craft up to Masterwork. Is there a way to fix this?

Sometimes the planet-spanning machine intelligence with a transcendent perception of time & space just wants to troll a guy with an arm that occasionally punches him in the dick. Or tries to every random interval of 3-5 minutes so he's gotta fight his own arm, slowing him down & ruining his aim.

After further testing it seems to just straight up not work, I had a colonist with 2 prosthetic arms while every single subpart was also legendary, what should have amounted to like 160% manipulation was actually closer to 80%

I've found that when using Medical System Expansion 2 with this that it will apply the quality modifier to the base part (Lets say I'm making an arm) but won't apply it to the forearm, hand or fingers. One way around this for the moment is to make them all individually, but that's annoying as hell. Not sure how difficult it would be to support though.

I have the same issue as lord zero, doctor need to manually get bionic in inventory and only then it will perform a surgery
otherwise it says no bionic in storage

is there any way for pawns that spawn with bionics to have them at random qualities instead of them all being normal quality?
