The shell game is so much less of a chore now. :)
In the mod's files you should be able to find a bigbook anm2 file, deleting it will give the old animation speed back
You can find the location of the mod in your
Documents/My Games/The Binding of Isaac Repentence+/Mods
folder
Since it replaces the animation entirely- and gameplay is paused while it plays- I can't dynamically control the animation without altering the file itself (Though, I could probably pull it off with repentogon)
My only qualm is I do like the "'Big book' Animations (actives like d4 and eternal hearts)" and wish there was an option to keep those normal.
There is a lite version that speeds up animations that play while the game timer is paused, if you'd like to use that instead, link up above

It disappears immediately upon summoning.
A monster that intentionally summons a fly will cause the game to crash when the fly is summoned.
In the case of husk monsters related to fly, the game will crash if you try to summon fly.
