No I used a different radiator, and it doesn't explode anymore with it on.

Hey no problem, did you do the water tank glitch on it? The exploding on sonic is from colliding at speed, I don't think it overheats...

The gentle steering mode is there to correct things like that without turning too much

Yeah it does turn one way or the other, I think because the third wheel is probably asymmetric or something.
