not 15k, its 21k so you still need to find a crate if you spawn with 20k

I love it (I repainted it and bought some more gear) but unfortunately I kill the propeller in the small starter base after 9 out of 10 spawns – when I try to gently drive out of the dock.

This is not a starter boat. 90% endgame parts.

Any chance you could release your map/beacon as a stand alone unit? Really loving that. Personally I have a few issues running this creation and would love to move your map to another vehicle.

Kinda but not really, the hydrofoils retract so you can go up a beach or something, but nothing rough and not with vehicle damage on. You can add ski's if you want to go on land properly. I'm working on an amphibious version :)

That's not covered under warranty, but you can try it :P

It's fixed to a constant number in one of the MCs.

How do you angle the propellers?

I didn't really design it for that but you can connect it with two ropes at the front and two hoses at the back. You can use the remote to get BUZZ hovering above the hovercraft.

I had some trouble connecting it to the buzz to fly it around any tips?

illy might make a non starter hoverboat or a smaller one with less features that has obstacle avoidance, but right now obstacle avoidance would put it over the limit.

This was part of NJs community challenge which unfortunately banned amphibious entries. After the challenge I plan to release a new version (with higher cost) with skis or wheels on the bottom to properly enable ground travel.

@Oiad: Yes and no, if you have vehicle damage off and in slow mode, you can somewhat move on land, but turning is tricky though, and you will feel the hydrofoils catch.
With damage it is a big fat no, you will bang up the hull in no time and most likely sink when you reenter the water.

Not within this budget, sorry. I tried but the laser distance sensor and pivot used too much power and generators are expensive! The 15k budget was a strict part of the challenge.

Yes that would help, it just adds a lot to the cost, since generators are very expensive

This is excellent. You've got high speed and long range travel with this.
The only thing I added was three additional generators directly on the engine.

Thanks for the feedback! I've updated it to fix the missing window in the cabin which also makes it a bit more robust in heavy seas (since the cabin is now water tight again)
