If you have started the engines in the engine room, then there is a "manual/automatic throttle" button on the main panel on the bridge, try to switch it. It switches throttle between W/S and lever. If you did not turn the engines on - do it in engine room by pressing "start" button on monitors.

There is ship roll controll button (SRC). Should be activated before start of moving.
