Coastal Patrol Vessel (CPV 862)

Work in progress

Designed to patrol coastal line. High top speed (56 knots) make it great interceptor and escort vessel. Big veriety of equipment allows it to be used for rescue operations and firefighting on water.

Features:
Propulsion & maneuvering:
- 4 big diesel engines
- Each engine can be manualy adjusted or automaticaly controlled for high speed or efficiency
- Total fuel tank capacity of around 35000 liters alows to go 37 minutes on full throttle or up to 190 minutes on cruise speed (83% throttle)
- Switcheble automatic to manual throttle control
- 2 sets of main rudders for manual and autopilot controll
- 1 set of turn stabilising rudders
- SRC ship roll control system
- AAS automatic avoid system, changes course every 5 sec. to avoid torpedos or rocket attac.
- Coordinate autopilot
- Automatic cirkulation trimm
- Automatic stabilisation system
