@trololo5677 idk if it's a recent update, but according to the FU wiki, Raw Omnivores still get a buff when eating raw meat. Not raw fish tho, but they don't get a debuff either.

Hey, how about a version where florans aren't raw carnivore/omnibore, but both? Just like glitches both robotic and omni. So, I guess, florans could eat anything at all, but still get the buff from the tasssty raw meat

Ah. i get you. This mod was created to change diet for FU. Initialy FR and FU has not merged. And that mod was working for FR. Then merge happened and mod is reworked to work with FU. For your situation we need to create new mod.

I just tested it on a new Floran character. While the old STANDALONE Frackin Races still seems to work with me, this does not work with the standalone. Florans still get poisoned with herbivorous meals.

What tou mean? FU added another floran race? I jusy checked my mod and it changes relevant diet mechanics. So this mod still should work for standart floran race.

Unfortunate, this does not work with the standalone Fracken Races.

this mod will most likely be a life saver for my poor plant person! (And it shows that i really need to check collections of mods, hah.)

it should make non meat much less filling

that is wierd. because it only happens when i am subscribed to this mod. and also when i was talking about the problem. i meant that immediately upon starting a game, the character would have zero hunger when it sould be full. like it would be impossible to play the game. and it does not only effect florans.
maybe there is a mod that i have could be conflicting with this mod. i think i stubled upon this problem before, but i don't know if it fixed it self or i unsubscribed.

not my mod. It seems Frackinraces added new status to florans. Now they always hungry, all the time!

And i checked. With or without my mod floran now have this status.
All my mod is does that it changes list of food floran can eat. No new status efffects, no changed hunger mechanic.

want to let you know that when i add this mod, my characters get a starving effect and the hunger bar is empty. and even if i eat something it does not go up. and this does not stop even after dying multiple times. it just keeps killing me.

Florans are conically omnivores. They'll eat absolutely everything they come across and, according to old lore, view radiation and poison like humans see salt and pepper as is said in regards to floran cuisine that while not only Largely meat based uses peppers so toxic lesser races will explode into flames upon eating it....

Yes, this mod converts floran to raw omnivore.

That's what I'd like to think. Sure Floran's are canonically Carnivores but finding meat in Starbound is surprisingly hard if you don't have enough hunting spears and such. And with FR reducing your hunger meter with each attack? Would would starve a lot. This mod hopefully helps with that.

I'm guessing this makes them Omni?
