Exactly! The TF models that come with SFM have not been updated since 2015, the last upgreade to SFM. If you want misc items after that date you have to port the TF2 Game cache VPK into SFM. (13.8Gbs of data last time I checked)

Then you haven't extracted the TF2 Game Cache VPK files into SFM.

Actually, I should have looked at the actual texture before making the comment. This is the all class fix.

i did all i get is 1st screen the beard turns dark blue the 2nd screen i see orange explain that

@Dodcio Challenger, what are you talking about, all my material fixes work if they are put into the proper folder path and given a higher priority than the TF2 texture/material they are replacing. If you are having a problem with one of my paintable textures, you haven't told me about it (that I know of.)
