描述
This is just the paintable texture for the allclass Breakneck Baggies for both teams. Place the texture with its path into a folder that has a higher priority than your extracted TF2 files.

These will install to your Workshop folder and will not replace the original material unless you have given the workshop folder a higher priority than your TF2 Extracted materials folder in the Gameinfo.txt file.

If you're still having problems, see this guide. http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=511040608 . I provides 3 methods on how to get these Materials fixes working in SFM.

models\workshop\player\items\all_class\jogon\jogon_1_color.vtf

Exactly! The TF models that come with SFM have not been updated since 2015, the last upgreade to SFM. If you want misc items after that date you have to port the TF2 Game cache VPK into SFM. (13.8Gbs of data last time I checked)
