@JEELEN I have looked into TSL, and ultimately decided against writing one for Trotsky. This is mainly due to Trotsky sharing his TSL with the original Russian Civ, meaning they would spawn right on top of each other if both of them are within the game. Even the possibility of this happening could have destabilized the mod, so unfortunately, the mod will be incompatible with maps using true start location for the time being.
Anyway, keep up the good work!
Btw, sorry the update is late. I have been busy with irl stuff, but on the first week of March I plan to do every planned update.
@Modulonion: Hypothetically it would also be nice to have some mod support.
