Update Changes:

- Fleshed out the alternative history of how Trotsky came to power. These changes can be found under the Civilopedia entries of Soviet Union and Leon Trotsky.
- Added many more diplo-texts for Trotksy. Now it should be more fun to converse with him on the diplo-screen.
- There seems to be a problem with custom music. It sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. I might fix this in the future. Meanwhile, if you happen to hear some Communist music while playing the game, don't be surprised.
