Soviet Union led by Leon Trotsky

Adds the Soviet Union to the game, led by Leon Trotsky. This mod requires BNW, but it works properly with or without G&K.

The Red Army (Trait): Land units require 50% less maintenance, but all units require 30% more experience to gain a promotion.

Conscripts (Unique Unit): Replaces Infantry. Costs roughly 45% less production to build than Infantry, but it is slightly less powerful.

Propaganda Tower (Unique Buidling): Replaces Broadcast Tower. +33% Culture in the city and 3 Happiness for your empire. Unlike Broadcast Tower, doesn't have a Great Work slot.

The AI will play this civ in a pretty expansionist manner. Trotsky will not shy away from declaring war on you if you are even somewhat weaker. He will also go for conquering city-states a lot and build nukes when possible. On the diplomatic side, he is easier to manage. Unless you go on rampaging everywhere, your warmongering shouldn't have too much of an effect on him.
