Depending on which recruiter mod you use, you choose which clans get the unit permissions. Unless you are using expanded.pack the lesser clans won't have access to the modern troops.

This mod effects all ammo. So it effects all the ammo the a.i has access too.

Just finished this ancillary mod to improve the generals retainers to also improve the added FOTS units such as their Accuracy, Reload Rate and ammo carried.
