it does not deal damage to other players

For some reason whenever I use it now, it gets forced into this over the shoulder perspective. And it didn’t do that before. Could someone help?

Can you turn the effect 45 degrees, so that it is like you cause a lightning strike? Kindof like what the crucifix does in witch hunt.
