Slowed rotor wheels speed from 9 to 8.
Increased max blade pitch fomr 12 to 13 degrees.
This makes the controls respond a little faster.

Increased rotor wheel speeds from 7 to 9.
Reduced max blade pitch from 15 to 12 degrees.
Moved main rotor blades inward 1/4 of a block.

The result is smoother controls and blades are less prone to breaking.

Changed the rotor head from a ball joint block to a large unpowered wheel. Then shrank the wheel to half-size.
This made cyclic controls respond much quicker than before.
Wobble has been reduced as well.

Added 2 long and 6 short propeller blade blocks for additional stabilization
