Quick-fix to a bug that slipped past me while testing.

Added one-block-sized force pads, and also adjusted how the recipes are unlocked: Now, they drop much less frequently from the two Apex Lab dungeons, but once you get one, you'll automatically learn recipes for all of them.

In the meantime, I'm looking into how to combine them all into one single item, instead of needing a separate item for each direction, similar to how the vanilla sprinklers work.
