- last man standing now only applies if there was initially alive players, VS start of round annoyance
- "te_global" convar added, defaults to 0, if set to 1, enables all global communication, VC and text
- !menu command added in chat, allows you to view team selection menu outside of binds
- !shout <entry> command added in chat, for convenience, type it by itself for listing
- "te_spectate_team_only" fixes, displays proper color when spectating players by team

- massive rework of the round system
‎ ‎ - players may join teams after connect, and must use bind or "te_select_team" after
‎ ‎ - rounds are now seamless and will continue and not spam team menu constantly
‎ ‎ - players may change teams at whim within first 10s of round, for ease of access
‎ ‎ - players may now queue up team changes, applied on next round

- old convars have been fixed:
‎ ‎ - "te_enforce_balance" (default, 1) enforces that teams are even at all times before beginning round
‎ ‎ - "te_players_required_to_start" (default, 1) applies to both teams as requirement
‎ ‎ ‎ - e.g: 1 player required on both TEAM_RED and TEAM_BLUE to start

- last man standing support:
‎ ‎ - a new sound plays when you are the last man standing, prints to chat

- scoreboard is updated with the following:
‎ ‎ - tracking total wins by team
‎ ‎ - player ping now shows sufficiently
‎ ‎ - shows how many players are on a team

- lots of other important, most likely undocumented fixes

- optimized RTV dialogue
- spectating players now show their name, seperated by team color
- spectator button position aligned a bit better to my liking
- RTV menu pops up a bit later after the final round end

- "te_rounds_rtv" - defaults to 11 (FIRST to 6)
- "te_reset_rounds" - reset round counter
- "te_check_rounds" - check rounds remaining till mapchange
- "te_force_mapvote" - forcefully trigger map vote as admin

- freeze state fixes for rebs team
- antlion spawn chance reduced to 10%
- "te_fixspawn" convar added, within first 10s of round allows you to fix spawn point

- npc kill feed is now completely disabled
- vortigaunts can no longer do human resistance voice shouts
- players are now notified with private client messages when they eliminate someone
- there is a 2% chance for a critical attack to happen, with distinct sound, applies +5 dmg
- players are now frozen in spawn for first 10s of round until round begins
