So far the biggest update yet!

Global changes:
- Sometimes (usually between areas) players will experience a blackout/forced sleep.
- The entire script has been modified and even completely rewritten in some places. Zarlenot’s voice lines have been rerecorded (still me) and characters like Automaton Sage and Princess Iferi now also are actively speaking throughout the story.
- Removed fountains from every level that had one, due to the risk of summoning an incubus early.
- Zarlenot’s diary has been expanded and divided into 3 entries. You can find them in the following levels: Castle Gate (Tyro’s boss level), The Laboratory 3, Hell’s Outskirts.
- Endings have been slightly modified to fit the new campaign structure.
- Story introduction is now correctly divided and can be progressed via pressing space.

Lightless Grove:
- Added small intractable headstones to the Nightmare sequence.
- Speaking of the nightmare, there was this random ladder that led to the warpzone. It was there to test things out and somehow I forgot I left it there. So… it’s gone now.
- Added a missing camp interaction in the 1st level.
- The castle entrance in Tyro’s level has been improved visually.

Eternal Castle:
- The 1st level has been reworked and is now more focused on visual storytelling. Now there’s 1 large bathhouse, 1 large dining area and 1 large ruined room.
- Removed the humming voice line from the 2nd level and replaced it with a conversation between Zarlenot and Iferi.
- Added a bell to the 2nd level, simply because it fits.
- Level 3 has been COMPLETELY reworked. This is where I decided to reuse the magic traps and make them the main gimmick of the level.
- Boris the Bugbear now has 250 HP (used to have 325)

The Laboratory:
- A whole new area! Includes 3 levels and a new miniboss, Dr V.
- The old prison level has been moved to this area and expanded.

Hidden tunnel:
- Automaton no longer appears in the 3rd level. Instead he’ll leave you a message. You’ll still receive bonus potions, though.
- Princess Iferi is now also wearing a silver cape. Its purpose is to make her look regal and more distinct from an average succubus.
- Princess Iferi now has 350 HP (used to have 415)

Hell:
- The outskirts have been expanded to make the path towards the finale more interesting.
- Zarlenot’s arena is now limited by a brick circle. This is meant to prevent Zarlenot from wandering away too far from the island.
- Zarlenot is no longer wearing boots of waterwalking. Instead he’s wearing artifact boots.
- Zarlenot now has 425 HP (used to have 666). It was done due to how unpredictable he became after the arena rework.
- Zarlenot now starts in the middle of the island while players start out at its edges.
- The ending area is now a separate level.
- The easter egg from Zarlenot’s arena has been moved to the ending floor.
- Baphomet’s theme now plays as a combat theme for Hell (but since you only fight Zarlenot in that area, it's specific to him).

Bonus levels:
- Secret areas have been remade into full bonus levels.
- In the 3rd level of Lightless Grove you can go through a secret ladder to enter a kobold camp. This level is a stealth-based challenge. Completing it will grant you a blessed scroll of summoning.
- In the 2nd level of Eternal Castle you can go through a secret ladder to enter the treasure trove. This level contains a very cheeky puzzle that's easy to miss. Solving it will grant you an amulet of life saving.
- In the 2nd level of The Laboratory you can go through a secret ladder to enter the trial of Sokoban. Yep, this is a boulder puzzle. Solve it and you’ll get a ring of health regen.
- In the 1st level of Hidden Tunnel you can go through a secret ladder to enter the gnomish mining site. This one is just a hallway full of gnomes. Defeat their leader and you’ll get a Dyrnwynn.

Global changes:
- Minibosses no longer drop mystic orbs. The path onwards opens immediately after you defeat a miniboss. Pedestals have been removed or replaced with decors.
- The only exception is Boris the Bugbear, since (as of right now) bugbears are… well… bugged.

Automaton Sage:
- He’s now always separated from players by an invisible wall that also doesn’t let any projectiles through. This was done to prevent players from damaging him and cheesing combat skills.
- He’s no longer standing behind bars in Eternal Castle and Hidden Tunnel.
- He’s no longer free roaming in the ending area.

Eternal Castle:
- The easter egg in the throne room (Boris the Bugbear fight) is now accessible via a ladder rather than a portal. The portal was emitting a bright purple light which made it easy to notice and discover the easter egg.
- Added some bats here and there.
- Removed spiders from the 1st level and replaced them with bats.

Hidden tunnel:
- Added some bats to the 1st level
- The 3rd level puzzle has been improved. Now the boulders are directly connected to the level puzzle and you also have to pull an additional 4th lever to complete the puzzle. To compensate, levers now take 20 seconds to deactivate.

Hell:
- The ending area of Zarlenot’s boss fight has been slightly changed in order to accommodate the sage’s invisible wall.

Global changes:
- Most of Zarlenot’s quotes now happen one after another, creating a more natural monologue.
- Sometimes when you use levers to open a gate, a sound cue will play, letting you know that you can proceed to the next level.
- Each miniboss now has a cutscene that plays immediately at the beginning of the level. Zarlenot and the miniboss will say their lines, then the battle will ensue.
- Minibosses now share the same fanfare sound cue after being defeated (except Prince Zarlenot himself). Additionally, Zarlenot’s quotes after defeating each miniboss now have a delay, letting the fanfare play out.

Nightmare
- Skeletons in this level are now called “skeletal reflections”.

Lightless Grove:
- A strange hiss will play when you enter the sage’s house in the 2nd level. This, along with the sign, should let players know that they need to visit the graveyard.

Tyro the Ratmaster:
- The arena has been reworked. It’s now mostly symmetrical with much more space to kite Tyro and his rats. The river has been removed. The castle outskirts remain unchanged though.
- The players no longer start out in a tight passage.
- Tyro is initially hidden in a leafy shelter, which is destroyed when the battle begins.
- Tyro’s rats now spawn at the sides of the arena. The interval between summons is now 8 seconds (was 7).
- Kleeaku.

Eternal Castle:
- All scarabs in this area now have 6 strength (previously was the default 10).
- Zarlenot will hum ominously in the 2nd level.

Boris the Bugbear:
- The players no longer start out in a small room.
- Boris starts out in a cage in the middle of the throne room. This cage opens when the fight starts.
- Columns are now closer to the walls.

Secret tunnel:
- Removed the mimic that spawns in the 1st level.
- When the players are halfway through the 2nd level, they’ll hear the shadow breathing (it’s both a fake-out and foreshadowing).
- There was a useless pressure plate in the 2nd level that wasn’t necessary to complete the level. I replaced it with a treasure chest containing potions.
- One of the scorpions in the 2nd level spawns a bit later.

Princess Iferi:
- The arena has been completely reworked. It now consists of 1 large altar room and 2 smaller rooms with arrow traps (the idea is that Iferi might want to teleport to them and lure you into a trap). The gateway to Hell also has been slightly improved.
- Iferi starts out behind a gate that opens when the encounter ensues.
- Iferi will now always attack players, regardless of their race.
- Iferi has a speed effect to make it more difficult to kite her.
- To compensate, she now has 415 HP (used to have 500), 10 strength (used to have 12) and she no longer has her amulet of life saving.

Prince Zarlenot:
- Zarlenot will now always attack players, regardless of their race.
