where "unsupported" means, Youll get wacky food districts on ecus lol

~ MASSIVE UPDATE ~

Feature Preserver 2.0

Changes

- Removed all instances of old code

- Reformatted into a scripted effect in an event, firing on decision_enactment and terraform respectively

- MUST use FirePrinces bugfixes as a dependancy now ( Unfortunately, until Paradox FIX THEIR CODE)

- Mod is super light on the code now and now DOES NOT OVERWRITE VANILLA FILES.
