Unit upkeep has been reduced! This makes the early game much more forgiving, but from when I was playing campaign, your economy can still tank if you're not careful

Just a fix relating to marines, I forgot what I did

Balanced Around missile cavalry
Increased General's bodyguard unit count to 40

Increased charge bonuses for cavalry and line units (those with bayonets). Sabre Cav unit size increased. Should be more effective than Yari Ki (theoretically)
