Added a string input next to filth rate slider for covenience.

Removed all Expanded Farm Animal features as they are now part of the base game. Removed features:
- Roaming removal
- Pen need removal
- Area control enabling
- Door opening enabling

Added compatibility with mods that make Sentience Catalyst a leveled trait (a trait that has severity)

Fixed filth rate slider, that broke in the last update

Prevented Sentience Catalyst farm animals from entering roaming mental state if "doesn't need pen", "can use allowed areas" or both mod options are enabled.

Added the option to disable "Animal Filth" alert for Sentience Catalyst animals regardless of their filth rate. (on by default)
Added the option to disable the pen need for Sentience Catalyst farm animals (off by default)
Added the option to enable allowed zones for Sentience Catalyst farm animals (off by default)
Added the option to enable door opening for Sentience Catalyst farm animals (off by default, requires pen need to be disabled)
