Hotfix for the poster deletion, I forgot about left clicking. I'm still not able to reproduce the missing soldier portrait bug.

Added a Safety Check during photo generation. It won't fix wrong photos being displayed, that's probably a mod incompatibility I'm not yet aware of, but it should in theory prevent any of your posters from being deleted.

Added the config option to force the same 3 perks on everyone. I don't understand why anyone would prefer this, this is very much cheating and detracts from the spirit of the mod.

Fixed Jokester to properly target mind-controlled soldiers. In case you are confused, you can "crack a joke" to any squad member in a 4 tile range even if there's nothing to cure just for rp.

Added the Chinese user summited translation to the main mod files.

Exposed the Affection Change variables to the XComPerkSocial.ini config. Edit them with care.
