Re balanced the diplomatic offers so not as easy to get defensive and military alliances. Re balanced cultural affinity to reflect historical attitudes and make diplomacy more interesting.

Changed starting armies for Pergamon. Redid stats for Seleucid and Pergamon units. Lowered bonus for AI faction on NORMAL campaign difficulty so the Ai will not make as many armies- about a 50% reduction.

Heavy recurve bow arrows will now disrupt formations. Re balanced the faction formations-Parthia now has 4 and made pike factions use more classic formations instead of just a long line.
