forgot a couple small things, those have been made

• Added backend triggers and waypoints for audio files to trigger
  
• Adjusted MES mods to balance them a bit (this may not show on your world if you remove them and add them again)
  
• Made audio mod required for scenario

Revert to before audio base was put in
