Now, if you own a province with Magic 5 then you will gain a god lich commander and few undead pretender units. If you don't have a dominion of 10 then you will be punished for being weak in death

Made fort levels impact the amount of freespawn. Higher levels means more boney buddies

You are now allowed to own a death mage with a level of 10 even if your god is not awake\dead for the extra freespawn to proc
