- moved the code to set if the item has been checked as blind to be after the check for if the quality matches

- fixed the mod so that the code for the blind check doesn't run every frame, significantly decreasing the lag

- made the blind item check not run if it doesn't have to
- added optional REPENTOGON support for better blind item checking (less lag)
