Fixed error pops-up when mod couldn't find any vehicles near by.

set Log output option to false by defualt
fixed function fired twice when Log output option is enabled.

Fixed an issue where min/max fuel capacity option is not correctly defineded.
Now player says how far your vehicle is parked.

Mod Option: Replace the car with a Special Vehicle based on the profession
Mod Option: Replace Chance
Mod Option: Extra Log Output

Removed "looking for someone" in the mod option because it has been unnecessary. Thanks for all supports guys!
