- [EXPERIMENTAL] add 1996 Flight I DDG51 Arleigh Burke kitbash (thank you @cent__ for making this)
- add AN/SRS-1 combat direction finder ELINT to tico and burke
- tweak certain sonar performances
- add TB-37U to 2013 ticonderoga
- buff 40mm performance to be actually useful
- add sea skimming buff to exocets
- increased detection performance from SPG-62 given it's just an illuminator and does not need to acquire a target to function
- tweak sidewinder kinematics and FOVs to prevent flares being useless
