-Made crusader strike able to remove consecrated ground.
-Removed the KilledSilentMonk crime from the Ancients penalty, I only want penalties for specific kills that I have explicitly coded so having generic crimes trigger for it is undesired.
-Removed walk it off talent from the invaders.

-Added a status from LL's weapon expansion to the "do not remove with crusader strike" list, I'm sure there will be lots of these as I encounter them, since the IsBeneficialStatus() function doesn't seem to work quite right, and will sometimes flag negative statuses as a boon. I'll keep an eye on it.

-Some more nerfs to invader paladins, and specifically the early game ones (cause a squad of paladins showing up before you have skills and armor rolling can be devastating).
