Cross rework
Crosses now come out faster, with variable travel speed. But has no hitbox until reversing, recalled, or interacted with.
Cross iasa reduced in combo.
Self cancel restriction removed.
Unparryable timers reduced
Fixed crosses not returning after certain interactoins.

Axes are now parryable as melee on first 6 frames (f7 to f12)

Low version of Whip Crack behaves like a sweep. With a low launch angle and knockdown.

Homing holy fire bolts are no longer unparryable. Non combo damage increased slightly.

Stability improvements on loading.

Belmont now has volume controls for stopwatch sound effects and music install.

Win game achievements now should trigger if opponent forfeits when under 25% life.

Whip Crack air attack immunity replaced with reduced hurtbox size on f5-f9

Tri-Dagger (grounded version) has air attack immunity f5-f8

fixed issue where music would fail to play against Robot.

fixed slide and swing being able to grant projectile immunity when cancelled early.

Changes:

axe hitlag reduced by 2f, added 2f hitstun
down hit sdi increased 1.0 => 1.2
damage reduced after hitting the opponent 100[70] => 70[40]
-reduces total double hit damage without nuking the downwards hit on it's own

Crouching Whip Crack back hit box reduced block advantage to match standing version 0 => -1

Music install should show for opponent in multiplayer now, as well as accurately activate during replays

Fixed:

Blade dash should no longer randomly stall when out of Free Cancels

Install stage effect no longer able to collide with certain projectiles
stage effect moves based on camera position rather than character positions

Removed collision from stage effect object

Fixed down toggle missing from Slide Kick

Reverse Crack is -1 on block +0 => -1
down-toggle now changes name based on context. Disables if no interaction with selected move.
