New command: battle reset
When used in battle, exits out to the map and reset the fight for the next time you enter it.

New command: add modifier
Adds and runs any GameModifier in the game/modded in. Sun/Daily Bells will show up normally. The invisible daily modifiers don't show up but work normally. Haven't checked if Storm Bell numbers increase since they're not meant to be obtainable midrun

replaced inspect this on campaign nodes with map nodes. You can still find the campaign node as mapNode.campaignNode

added support for rerolling EventRoutineCharmShop, EventRoutineCurseItems, EventRoutineInjuredCompanion, and ShopRoutine
also added custom events that save and load misc. campaign data that get destroyed on continuing. so far these are CharacterRewards and the preset used for campaign generation
