* Reverted dual firing animation, as looks bad due to offsets between gun component used. (To fully implement dual firing for BoP would require too many alterations to meshes. Leaving this as it was for now to be re-visited later)

* Add dual fire particle effect for klingon disruptor

* Change Klingon disruptor from missile to ballistic type
* Change output of disruptor from explosion to energy
* Change sfx for phasers to be shorter down to 1sec
* Change photon firing angle to be 90 degrees
* Update the hit and run ship behaviour, now maintains larger distance from target

* Fix issue where AI wern't selecting default weapons correctly
* Assign more weapons to AI for minor empires i.e allow cutting lasers etc to give variation
* Fix some icons, and text descriptions to be more accurate
* Remove lingering point defence options from all empires and AI
* Add cloak as a starting tech for Klingon and Romulan, assign it a power cost of 20

* Fixed federation phaser gfx
* Added Romulan autocannon
* Altered both Romulan and Klingon weapon sfx
* Updated language descriptions

* Fixed districts, now they convert to your empire specific district 1 to 1.
* Change the descriptions for lots of the weapons
* Added Klingon version of photon, so it can have a more Klingon sfx
* Added a hit and run behaviour (still needs work) for use with fixed arcs
* Removed techs that dont fit, currently removed heavy phaser will reintroduce some version of it later
* Made burst phaser a default weapon for federation
* Added two additional food districts to Kitomer
* Balance AI weapon selection to 50/50 photons/phasers
