drasticly decreased recr. chance of kobold skirmishers if there is no black kobold slayer prophet, reduced cost of Kobold Skirmisher from 50 gold -> 35 gold
Increased chance to recruite Black Kobold Warriors and normal black Kobolds if you own a blackkobold slayer prophet.

Increased the cost of "Red Kobold Maniacs" from 50 fungus to 75 fungus. I noticed that it is quite easy to mass fungus as there are events and seasons that benefit it.
