- Adds a hotfix for the Cloaking Rig IV's abilities, which got corrupted during a previous update
- Adds a Skeleton Key item, and a matching genoption, that can open lv-1 security doors & vault doors, costs 4500 credits, and becomes available on day 4
- Adds Omni augments, and a matching genoption, one that provides ranged+melee KO+ and another that provides ranged+melee piercing+
- Adds a bugfix to vanilla Subdermal Cloak to not use redundant power when user is already invisible

- Updated the Plasma Pistol IV's Ping Shot to allow impassible items - like decor - to be chosen, much like the mainframe Ping program
- Greatly improved the unloading logic of the apply_item_options.lua, allowing this mod to (hopefully) successfully completely unload for savegames it was either not installed for @ the start or was disabled for
- Fixed the borders of the tier IV gun icons, adding in the bonus dashes

- Added to Plasma Pistol IV's special a border highlight for affected targets, a border+highlight for the center cell, and a line from affected targets to the center cell.
- Added a bug-fix to Plasma Pistol IV's highlighting to preserve the original PC._seenUnits table.
- Combined the three gun options - tiered, charged T4, T4 specials - into a multi-value drop-down option to de-clutter genoptions.
- Fixed the non-charged guns logic to preserve the original weapon_template.abilities table.
