Storage districts now give minor artifact storage once FE Resource Depot techs are researched.
Fixed a bug where the PD Arcology Capitals were causing the frame background image to bug out.

- Maximum size of 1, has 3 slots that can only hold museum buildings
Knight District
- Maximum size of 1 + number of outposts
Added compatibility to Hydra's More Cosmic Storms (allows adding their deposits)
Added compatibility to Planetary Diversity Unique's Biosynth world.
Added the ability to add PD capital arcology bonuses
Added asteroid artillery installation decisions
Added an override to increase galactic market nomination strength of frameworld.
Added Shroudwalker enclave to the list of frame spawnable enclaves

Embassy district has been turned into a simple deposit that gives some jobs and +0.5 influence.
Storage district code is much more simplified now YAY
Added vanilla electric storm to list of storms that can apply deposits
Updated integrated megas to match the buffed vanilla stellaris megas
Moon fabricators are added in a sequence of 1,2,4,8 instead of 1,2,3,4,8

Museum Deposits, moved to museum district
Thrall Deposit, not really useful
Spa Deposit, obsolete with job swaps
NDB on nearby frame star - this was so incredibly niche wtf past me
Frame Orbital Ring - always buggy as well, may come back later
Resort Deposit - may come back as a district
Removed PW compat - handled in PW

Removed EUTAB - need to redo for the new version
VOIDFRAME - Temporary shelving compatibility until I update that one

- Integration of the galactic archives museum buildings
- This also disallows the building to be built on the frame, just use the decision.
- This is to save on critical building slots.

- Fixed some Planetary Diversity integration decisions appearing even when PD Uniques was not loaded

# New Stuff
- Working Frameworld Anglers
- You need to take the special civics on game creation (they are very fuckin obvious)
- This will add the Frameworld aquatic trait as well
- 2 DAYS AFTER GAME START: Your species will lose the Frameworld Aquatic Trait and gain the Normal Aquatic trait. Robots also do this with Waterproof. Your Frameworld Angler civic will be removed and replaced with its normal version (This works with megacorp versions as well) (This WILL force you to remake your council)
