Updated Uzi: Faster reload slightly increased move spread
Updated PumpShotgun: Upped damage and lowered range
Updated AutoShotgun: increased pellets by 1 and widened spread slightly
Updated SPASShotgun: Decreased pellets to default
Updated SCAR: Moderatly increased movement spread so it doesnt overshadow m16
