Removed deprecated lateral thrust code from Sandevistan Drives causing crashes

Removed the Deck Chaingun, as I already have a superior version as a separate mod.

The one in GM also crashed people who were using a conflicting mod, so there's that.

Added new Twin Machinegun. Sorry it's not as much content for this update but, I'm getting tired of modding.

Buffed some guns, especially Rifles and Grenade Bunks.

Fixed a version issue
