Added a Deck Chaingun, thanks to syy1125's generosity allowing me to use their Rotary Deck Cannon as a base

Created the Deck Mortar.
Lemme know if it's too unbalanced - for now, it ignores shields so that it can land down on ship interiors.

removed empty storage warning on sulfur compartment because it was annoying

Fixed some generator problems, adjusted costs.

Added the Sulfur Box!
It stores sulfur. That's it. 1x1 size

Efficiency for generators tweaked; crew will not resupply them until they have reached half capacity, and they are now compatible with capacitors.

Large Hardlight Shields no longer have 130,000 HP, an additional zero has been removed and it is now 13,000.

Hardlight shield radus increased, arc decreased

Medium and large sulfur generators now exist

Autocannon added! It's a big 3xWide gun that shoots big bullets, but not as big as the large cannon. Enjoy!

500 damage per shot, at a 4/30 rate of fire in game ticks.
