• Complete rewrite. Only had to use native Osiris so no script extender required. (I still recommend using Script Extender anyways, just in general.) Features include everything that was previously noted.
• Note on cleansing Bleeding: currently only supports everything that would have dispelled it in the base game. I have to specifically add more as I come across them, please leave a comment if you find something that should dispel Bleeding but doesn't.

(Fix) Stacks will be removed when the Bleeding status is removed (e.g. when it is cleansed).
Note: Still monitoring to see if there are any instances where this causes stacks to fall off early, but it seems solid so far.

(Compatibility) % chance to apply bleed (if used by other mods) should now be respected.
(Compatibility) If KCE is loaded, Bleeding will be set regardless of armor.
(Fix) Stacking should work properly with bleeds applied from non-character sources.
(Fix) Removed non-NSE Torturer section because after the rewrite it was probably adding an extra extra turn.
(Backend) Formatting etc, consolidated preprocessor constructs…
(Backend) Reversed order of stacking rules (good form, just in case).
