added support for hard damage from [DrGBase] ULTRAKILL - Base & Assets

changed the stamina bar effect to pure red when completely depleted (255,0,0)
reduced the healing effect to about 0.5 s
changed the damage color to a more vibrant orange

added animations to the healthbar and armorbar for taking damage and gaining health/shield respectively
