Added GrimyGunPoint and MZRaptorWhirlwindActionPoint as allowed point types.

Removed CommandMeditate as a forced ability, it is actually not a free action.

As requested by FearTheBunnies, force applying now retains original action point costs and just appends the allowed point types to them. This is potentially unbalanced, use with caution.
