Patch 26.1
-Fixes for gui and localisation for officer academy trait
-Fixed it so the assignable trait for officer academy can only be used on generals with less 4 skill level.

Patch 26
-Special Forces equipment IC cost reduced from 6 to 4 (this is the base cost not including modules)
-UK decisions to annex Australia also annex New Zealand
-UK now gets Mountain Gun after jan 1940
-All 70 day focuses in the No Asia USA tree have been reduced to 56 days (roughly 60 however some focuses were going to be autocompleted so it will be less than 60 focuses, as for problems in the focus i cannot recreate them and have no save games to check them not working since in my own testing they seem to work fine)
-Added missing Air upgrades for YAK and LAGG
-Tweaked CAS damage on modules to be lower (1-5 less depending on the module but it would be around the same level it was before the beta air patch), made the medium cas modules (cas modules for medium airframes) lower than that on a smaller aircraft.
-Pulled Changes from TFB////
- Fixed an issue where doing the Third 5 year plan after finishing your Dance of the Marshalls capstone could change your tank designer you get
- Fixed an Exploit where Germany could send generals to ITA/HUN/ROM to farm traits on them via the Command schools
- Removed a duplicate Define for DISRUPTION_FACTOR_CARRIER for fighter interception, a net change causing it to go from 10 to 15
- Fixed similar bugs with the USA and Canada for Rubber, English for nuke research, and Soviets and Netherlands for ships.
- New Trait to assign to officers to make them a priority for the Officer Acadamies
- The First doctrine in each tree will no longer consume any doctrine cost reductions you have

This is a smaller update in part because I don't want to overload with new things but also to balance out previous patches, This will take a while to do so the next few updates will be small in scope. However, I am also currently working on a side project based around TFB and boogie and I suspect it will take me a while to complete so this is another reason why updates in the next few weeks will be on a smaller scale. I can't give any real details on the side project since its early days and it might even be scrapped or its end product would look like a complete fabrication if I said anything now.

Patch 25.2
Air rework beta patch,
Removed a bunch of modules and and merged them into each other so it works in a Generation system (Generation 1 airframe generation 2 ect, endingin generation 5) This also applies to aircraft guns. Basically means that certain airframes will unlock new generation of guns, defense module (Airframe Generation, this also effects speed by a small amount). Agility is a floating value in which it will increase by 5 each year. I.e spitfire unlocked in 1937, starts with 55 agility but when it unlocks a tech in 1940 it unlocks 3 new upgrades will in total will increase its agility by 15. There is also only 1 main gun slot of aircraft (bar strat bombers) meaning there is no mix up that can happen you just pick the best gun. (All values such as CAS, Naval Bombing, Air attack have been increased for this, furthermore heavy fighters get a bonus to air attack as they would have a higher air attack value.)

In all this is a much more simpliefed and streamlined air and it should be near impossible for anyone to screw it up since all you need to do is research the aircraft and it gives you the best design. There are also sub techs that will unlock things like CAS, Naval Bombers, Heavy fighters, these will be clear to see. Not much has changed in the tech trees as they are broadly the same (a few techs have lost some airframes and some have been removed but it should be the same.) There are some aspects such as Soviets, USA, and Fra have some advanced starting fighters. Germany will get better agility fighters before UK but UK will have higher defense and a small edge in speed (this is pre 1940, after 1940 techs it should be all square, its also likely both sides will have this tech before 1940 given the amount of research bonuses you get).

Patch 25.1:
-Reduced stats of modules for Special forces
-Decreased amount of equipment needed for special forces
-The Minor nation special forces bonus tech (tech unlocked in Minor nations focus trees) now gives 2.5% extra special forces capacity and further reduces the amount of special forces equipment needed for divisions.
To awnser the question: "Okay but why change special forces?" With the upcomming release of Arms against Tryanny which has an empahsis on special forces i thought it may be a good idea to have a system which could capitlise on those changes, furthermore it could add variety to the game by giving greater options about the specialisation of special forces. At the moment this is an early alpha version and will be tinkered in the stats and balance in hopes it could be easily be intergrated into Paradox changes to special forces.

Patch 25
-Fixed Befriend Siam Foucus which will bypass if Siam is already in the faction.
-Siam Will now declare war on Canada and France in Strike West
-Recall volunteers now cost 150pp and 100cp
-Nations cannot send new volunteers after 120 days after spainish civil war firing (France is the exception)
-Soviet Focus to send equipment to China now costs 5 civs for 140 days
-Added a ton of optimization changes (map graphics in, this is more hopeful that it will improve game speed, if it does not I will revert these changes.)
-Overhauled Soviet Merging aircraft designers, This is because it did not work half most the time so it has been changed so that you just get an idea with the bonuses (-10% cas cost ect)
-Added some Gui for construction in the construction tab to see construction speed modifiers for each building
-Tweaked UK and German fighters so stats are more linear (i.e Focke wulf has better stats than the BF109, I am planning on doing a large shake-up on air since at currently still on an alpha version and will be moving to a beta version when its ready but for now this is a temp fix.)
-Added two new focuses for South Africa which can be done after 1940 august which grants -35% build cost to tanks for 90 days at cost of 5 civs, later they can gain the same buff for 120 days at the cost of 5 civs from both South Africa and UK.
-Heavy cruisers now cost 3 in command limit.
-UK can send volunteers to Spain
-No grinding trait is fully removed after 1940 june.
-Removed some focus requirements that needed > x amount of factories, increased the focus cost to be another 1-2weeks longer.
-Date Locked Danzig or war, and Barb to ruleset.
Ported TFB changes///:
- Fixed Icon bug with Amphibious Tanks (thanks memez)
- Moved the Japanese Inter-service Rivalry into the Balance of Power Mechanic, code from Chezloc from mod 'PMFU'
- Italian decision forcing them into the war now will also cancel if at war with the UK and not just France
- Officer Training now gets 3 options to pick which trait you get instead of a 33% random change of getting one, but it costs 2 years to do.
- Added 20 Hungarian Focus Icons from mod 'Vanilla GFX & Aesthetic Overhaul'
- Fixed a bug where Yugo had access to the tank sharing decisions, but not the tank sharing decisions category, preventing them from doing German Tank sharing
- Added the Panzer 2, Luchs, and Tiger 2 to Tank sharing
- Samurai Tactics base trigger chance 6 -> 4 to line up with other tactics (samurai legacy stuff still increases it)
- Samurai Tactics Attacker attack stats increase 50 -> 30
- Samurai Tactics Defender attack stats increase 45 -> 15
- Yugo tree updated
- Raj no longer has a restriction on being able to go Extensive Conscription
- Romanian Focus tree now has more in its Greater Romania path
- Fix for Ustase in Italy focus tree

Special forces changes (Alpha):
-Added unique special forces equipment that is a designer: Marine equipment, Mountaineer Equipment, Paratrooper Equipment, and Special Forces Equipment.
-These equipments are needed to create their respective divisions however special forces equipment is needed for a new unit: 'Elite Infantry'which is a cheaper special forces unit. (Arditi also uses special forces equipment.)
-In all Special forces have higher stats but are more expensive in resources and equipment. They can also be specialised for defence or attack, soft or hard attack.
-Special forces technology (the far right in the infantry tech tree) is now locked behind focuses. This will mean the special forces is capped for each nation until they focus on expanding. This focus will also enable recruiting Elite Infantry. Some Countries will be able to unlock this sooner than others. This is to try to keep the number of special forces down in the early game, this is where special forces are arguably the strongest as they don't scale as well. (There are a few other modules you can unlock later through techs, i.e better anti-tank, or better breakthrough modules, Better communications). The cost of special forces equipment is higher in resources but this is also dependent on what modules you put into it but its made more difficult to build since you require a unquie special forces equipment for respective special forces. To compensate for special forces being more expensive minor nations can get cheaper special forces through focuses typically the same focuses that unlock elite infantry.
-Nerfed some focuses/decisions that gave special forces attack by half, this is to try and balance it so they are not too strong.
-Given France more special forces equipment (Mountaineer equipment, this should help give France a leg up.)

Soviet Industry Changes (Alpha):
-The soviets now start with the 2nd 5 year Plan Mission. This mission now aims for the Soviets to build in certain regions/states and after the mission is completed, they will gain additional civs/resources/steel mills/infrastructure. This is limited to a certain amount in each region and is different what will give extra factories (North Russia requires only 3 civs in a state for it to apply while in Moscow region needs at least 4). Soviets have a year to do it. In total, this should be a good civ or resource bonus to the soviets at the expense that the factories are in less ideal locations (places that might get captured by axis or in it force soviets to build in states with less ideal construction speed.)
-Spread out half of the civ factories that you get from focuses to random states in Europe, this may make it easier to get more factories.

Patch 24
-Fixed Uk lend leases to Soviets not working after the 2nd soviet agreement.
-Time locked the host decision to end China war to jan 1940
-Uk focus to fortify Egypt now only gives 1 fortress and 4 forts in el-alamein (instead of 2 and 3).
-Increased the chance for Cas to be shot down in battle from anti air. This has been doubled and the reason behind this is in most battles Cas joins the battle and does damage and the battle ends before there is even a single chance for aa to do damage.
-Nerfed Tora Tora Tora, Port strike from 200% > 100%, Naval attack 25% > 10%, Naval targeting 25% > 10%, naval attack agility 25% > 10%
-Japan should declare war on France and Canada when they do strike west.
-Reduced Cas attack on some late game techs (by 1) and made it so 1941-42 cas airframes start with rocket 1 instead of rocket 2, Typhoon and thunderbolt (Also the IL-2) are the main 2 which in approximation means that they go from ~50 ground attack to ~42. The later techs will increase it to ~52 (tempest and thunderbolt upgrades)
-Increased the IC cost of Cas modules (2-8 IC increases)
-Increased naval bombing on tactical bombs by 1 for each level.
-Reduced material module now reduces Cas damage by -10%
-Fixed the research times of thunderbolt and mustang 1944 techs.
-Finland Winter war bonus changed to have 5% less core attack, 25% less cas damage reduction (from 50% to 25%), army movement speed of 10% removed.
-Finland Revanchism spirit changed: core attack from 15% to 5%, core defence from 5% to 10%
-Finland Sisu core attack from 10% to 5%, later on Sisu would give you -50% out of supply factor which is now -25% out of supply (reduced by 25%).
Collectively Finland has lost a good chunk of its core attack however core defence has gone up by a bit. This is to attempt to balance out that Finland gets good guns therefore reducing core attack values should bring it in line. It should also make it a bit easier for Soviet during winter war and make Finland less able to fight in continuation with the greater impact from lack of supply and reduced movement speed.
-Increased the Tough terrain state modifier in Murmansk region from -25% to -60% (this is to encourage soviets to hold there but also to encourage Finland to do the decisions to push in these regions.)
-Converting the light gun on light cruiser to medium gun now costs more than if you build the medium gun outright.
-Vichy France should get pacific and state of med spirits
-Bulgaria now starts with no grinding spirit (idk how i missed this for this long but also no one else told me breh)
-Pulled changes from TFB :

- Fixed a bug where Poland was unable to do Agrarian Reform if they got the Peasent Strike debuff
- Added a new option when Vichy asks for its land back to have the Germans tell Vichy they need to do it again later. Vichy then gets a decision they can click to re-send the event to Germany at a later date.
- Furthermore, the option to not give back Vichy its land no longer causes them to unify with Free France
- Modified the event that happens at the start of the game to also display the state of the game rules so everyone knows what they are set to. (Idea taken from PMFU)
- Added a new Game Rule that will make it so Assault Guns are only useable as Support Companies. This can be toggled on or off before game start.
- Support Company AG's require double the amount of AG's, and have had their terrain modifiers halved.

Patch 23
-Made a bunch of spawn in divisions for Germany and Soviets that create templates which are now decommissioned so they don't clutter division screen.
-Fixed spawn in divisions for soviets spawning on border with Iran and Afghanistan (this is the decision to spawn in every frontline tile)
-The Munich conference events now fire after 1 day and both UK and France have 7 days to pick an option (this prevents allies holding the event for as long as 40 days to now 14 days max)
-Made Soviet reservist spawn ins 30w, however created a new unit of infantry called "Strelki" which is infantry but requires less equipment this way soviets don't get more equipment from spawn in and should be the same. Soviets cannot create divisions with these and is only for spawn in divisions. They still use radios and same equipment types as regular infantry its just lowered.
-BEF units should be allowed to be deleted after France falls.
-Some Soviet Generals start as level 4
-USA Thunder bolt airframe now also creates a fighter design.
-Added new events and missions for UK (and commonwealth) when they lose Africa they can choose to pay civs and factory output to rebuild an army to take back Africa. Until they do so UK suffers a -5 to naval invasion capacity. Unless they choose to ride it out which will only give -5 naval capacity for a year. Each Commonwealth memeber will get the option to invest into the Africa army and depending on how many will determine how many units UK gets. (See the images for more details on the events)

- Fixed portraits/icons/localization for ENG_stewart_menzies, ENG_alan_turing, SOV_invade_germany_idea, SOV_new_officers, Medium TD Gun Category, USA_james_byrne
- Artillery Designer now works for Pack AT
- You are now prevented from making a Heavy SPAA tank, as there is no batallion to use it so it couldn't be used.

Patch 22
-Fixed Brazil Capybara
-Fixed France only able to send 1 volunteer to Spain
-Reduced Air xp from training aircraft (They will still train but the amount of air xp is reduced)
-Potential fix for ships having no range, This happens when they run out of fuel (but you still have fuel its just not reaching the ships). When a ship runs out of fuel its range was reduced by 75% which in most cases meant they get stuck. This will no longer happen however it will still be slow and certainly die in battle if caught.
-Added a new event for Germany when they research the HE 111 air-frame in which they can convert existing civilian aircraft into tactical bombers (Basically you use 5 civs for 70 days and get 120 tactical bombers of the HE 111 variant).
-Fixed bug with Malta not getting its state modifier after its recaptured by allies.
-Added some text within the Italian Air tree to show where cas and naval bombers are
-Fixed one of the Italian Air frames not giving the cas and naval bomber variant when researched
-Reduced Naval targeting for Dive bombers (roughly 2-4 per air-frame)
-Increased Naval damage of torpedo bombers (1-3 increase)
-Fixed Intel removing planning bonus completely now it only removes 20% at max strength.
-Removed Hill on El-alamein and replaced it with desert.
-Now costs 25 pp to recall volunteers
-France Now gets Early Mob from Election event + 5% more war support as well. (may 1936)
-Fixed some bugs in Soviet air tree (one fighter did not create a air frame and another had the wrong research date)
-Object to Attache removed
-Cost of removing modules set to 0
